- Valid certification as a School Psychologist in the state of Illinois.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Compliance with all local and state licensure requirements.
- Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results.
- Familiarity with special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review assessment results, discuss student progress, and plan appropriate interventions.
