Linwood Meadows Care Center,a leading skilled nursing facility in Visalia,Ca,is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate and collaborative rehab team.

Position Summary
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech language cognitive-communication swallowing disorders.+- Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of physician referral
- Develop treatment plans obtain physician approval
