    Job Title: Receptionist

    Department: Franchise Operations

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
    Summary

    The Receptionist will greet, assist and provide direction and information to clients, visitors and other guests of the organization.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to their appropriate location.
    • Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff.
    • Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes them.
    • Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
    • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
    • Stock break room and office supplies.
    • Responsible for adherence of the Building Security Policy with the creation of badges/building access cards.
    • Assist the Franchise Department with training classes (table tents, food orders, etc.).
    • Complete PI's for Franchisees.
    • New hire tasks (name plates, alarm codes, etc.)
    • Pay company invoices through WebNow.
    • Administration duties for the company Staples, Amazon and FedEx accounts.
    • Sorts incoming mail and delivers to the appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail.
    • Scan mail for offsite departments (Invoices, Credit Disputes, Subpoenas and Tax Forms).
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Three years previous relevant experience is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent organizational skills, clear written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of management and computer literate.
    Technical Skills
    • Microsoft Office; Google Business Suite; Discover (internal candidates).
    Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk; occasionally required to stand.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
