- Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
- Develop a strong partnership with operations to design and implement HR practices/policies to support critical business initiative.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
