Job Summary
We are adding to our TEAM againDirect Support Professionals play an essential role in fulfilling the agency's mission by providing compassionate person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or special illnesses.Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness following each client's person-centered care plan.
- Assist with activities of daily living ADLs including personal care mobility assistance meal preparation and medication management.
