    The Document Control Manager is responsible for the overall management of the document control system for the Utility Construction department.

    This includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures, the training of staff, and the day-to-day operation of the system.

    The Document Control Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all documents are properly controlled and filed.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement policies and procedures for the document control system

    Train staff on the use of the document control system

    Manage the day-to-day operation of the document control system

    Work with other departments to ensure that all documents are properly controlled and filed

    Monitor the system for compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

    Perform other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field

    3-12 years of experience in document control

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Knowledge of utility construction and transmission & distribution is preferred
