    Schedule: Part-Time - Pittsburg (KS)

    Job Summary:
    Performs the duties of a Clinical Pharmacist in the Oncology area. Coordinates with members of the healthcare team to deliver safe, rational, cost-effective and efficacious drug therapy.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinates with oncology healthcare teams to develop and implement effective pharmacotherapy plans.
    • Monitors and evaluates patients receiving chemotherapy treatments, providing recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
    • Works closely with practitioners and nurses to ensure optimal use of medications and minimize adverse effects.
    • Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medication lists and treatment plans.

    Requirements:
    Licensed pharmacist in Missouri with Medication Therapy Services Designation or obtain Medication Therapy Services Designation within 30 days.

    Preferred Requirements:

    Board certification in Oncology pharmacy or an Oncology residency or fellowship in Oncology pharmacy or experience in Oncology practice.
