    Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist with a passion for enriching the educational experience of students. The chosen candidate will collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to foster a supportive learning environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to students' success while immersing yourself in the welcoming community of Colorado Springs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual student needs and develop effective intervention plans.
    • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
    • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
    • Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
    • Actively participate in IEP meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in occupational therapy.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • Current California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective occupational therapy interventions.
