    Synergy Care has a full time opening for a Physical Therapist to float between our two skilled nursing facilities located in Waco/Woodway, TX.

    In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.

    You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
