    Well established Law Firm Emphasized in Real Estate Litigation, Construction Litigation, Business Litigation and Wills/Trust. We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team

    Who do we represent: Owners from small business to publicly traded companies, Property Owners, HOA and Condo Associations, Property owners, Engineers, Contractors, Architects, and many other licensed professionals.

    Wanted: Associate Litigation Attorney with a focus in Real Estate Litigation, Construction Litigation, Business Litigation and Estate Planning

    Job description
    Full time In-Office: 8hr shift, 9:00 am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday

    Requirements:
    Candidate must have research skills, writing skills, excellent oral communication skills, drafting and transactional skills and ability to work well with others. Most importantly, the candidate must be compassionate, attentive to our clients and yet have the ability to strongly Litigate and advocate in a professional manner.
    It is a strong plus if you have knowledge of and experience in:
    Construction and Environmental matters, Construction Defects, Delay Claims, Contract Changes and Extras, Payment and Performance Bonds, Mechanic's liens, Bid Protests and 558 Claims among other Construction Law Issues. Landlord Tenant Law, Zoning and Land Use Law, Eminent Domain Matters, Commercial and Residential transactions, Commercial and Residential Lease Drafting and Disputes, Condominium, Homeowner Association and Co-Op Law, Business Formation and Litigation and Wills and Trust Law. Candidate must be in good standing with Florida Bar.

    We are willing to train the right candidate that has a strong desire to learn and practice in these areas of law and if you are seeking stability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must be ready to work and be hands on
    • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
    • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
    • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
    • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
    • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
    • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
    • 160 billable hours per month

    ​​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in Real Estate Litigation
    • Familiarity with various legal documents
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
