Job summary
We're currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for our multi-family portfolio of properties. Candidate will work full-time at our luxury property,Park Lane at Garden State Park, located in Cherry Hill,
NJ.
The Senior / Maintenance Manager is responsible for the management of the maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts for one or more assigned communities including the physical aspects of the building(s), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry,
major appliances and amenities.
At podded communities,
the Senior / Maintenance Manager conducts property visits,
works with on-site supervisors to increase performance and proficiency,
and maintains oversight of maintenance operations.
