    Gallion's Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge, a premier upscale dining destination in Rosemary Beach, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our culinary team.     Responsibilities:

    1. Dishwashing Excellence: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the efficient and thorough cleaning of all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
    2. Sanitation Standards: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring that all items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
    3. Team Support: Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate the smooth flow of operations. Assist with basic food preparation tasks and maintain a tidy work area.
    4. Organization and Efficiency: Manage the dishwashing area efficiently, organizing cleaned items for quick retrieval and ensuring a constant supply of clean kitchenware for the culinary team.
    5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning kitchen equipment.
    6. Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
    7. Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

    Qualifications:

    1. Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in fulfilling scheduled shifts and responsibilities.
    2. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    3. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
    4. Attention to Detail: Ensure a keen eye for detail in the cleaning and organization of kitchenware to maintain Gallion's high standards.
    5. Initiative: Take initiative in keeping the dishwashing area organized and anticipating the needs of the kitchen tea
