    YOUR PURPOSE:

    Lennar Technology Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). A PMP certification is preferred. Knowledge of Kanban and Waterfall methodologies is required. Looking for experience in the legal and mergers and acquisitions. Must oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

    2. SAFe Leadership:

    • Drive continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train (ART), fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

    3. Methodology Expertise:

    • Utilize Kanban and Waterfall methodologies as needed, tailoring approaches to specific project requirements.
    • Coach and mentor project teams on Agile best practices, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.

    4. Stakeholder Management:

    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and priorities.

    5. Agile Transformation:

    • Contribute to Agile Transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and adoption of Agile principles and practices.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating Agile values such as collaboration, adaptability, and customer focus.
    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Legal.
    • 15+ years of experience in project management with 5+ years on mergers and acquisitions and/or the legal area
    • PMP certification preferred.
    • Proven experience with Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
    • Tools knowledgeable: JDE, Salesforce, BuildPro

    Our Interview Process:
