    We are currently hiring a
    Full-Time RN to join our
    Ambulatory Centralized Clinical Resources team


    What you can expect from this role
    This role will perform in-basket support work remotely for identified clinics from a centralized nursing team. The RNs will be supporting outpatient clinics within the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine areas.

    This will include addressing patient concerns, providing education, utilizing protocols, and support the clinic and patients through timely resolution of concerns through written and verbal communication.

    This includes coordination of patient experience, adherence to evidence-based practice, and implementation of system initiatives.

    A successful candidate is an individual that can problem solve with a system outlook, develop strong relationships with system partners, and work quickly to resolve concerns.


    Schedule:

    • M-F, 4-5 shifts per week
    • Day shift, hours of operation for the department are generally
    • No holidays/weekends
    • Remote (Must live within Idaho)
    • Minimal Travel may be required depending on clinical location served

    Qualifications

    • Education:
    Nursing Degree


    • Experience: 1 years' experience
    • Licenses/Certifications:
    Current RN licensure from the State of Practice


    Preferred Qualifications

    • In-Basket and Ambulatory experience
