    Senior Operations Analyst

    Job Summary:

    This position is located at the Departmental Offices, Under Secretary for Domestic Finance, Office of Federal Lending. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will serve in the Federal Financing Bank under the general supervision of the Director of Operations.

    You will advise management on technical matters related to budget, administration, human resources, and procurement.

    Requirements:

    To be eligible for this position, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.

    • Experience leading the drafting and execution of reimbursable and payable agreements by calculating costs, reviewing financial and program data, and routing for senior management approval;
    • Experience creating original financial data reports from scratch, including monthly and quarterly financial reports conveying financial data or budget analysis to inform resource management decisions;
    • Experience leading procurement initiatives such as submitting procurements, entering requisitions, and reviewing requisitions for accounting accuracy while working with contracting authorities to plan, execute, and oversee procurement contracts for critical goods and services.

    Salary:

    We estimate the salary for this position to be around $145,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.

    Job Description:

    As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the Federal Financing Bank, providing advice to management on technical matters related to budget, administration, human resources, and procurement.

    You will be responsible for leading the drafting and execution of reimbursable and payable agreements, creating original financial data reports, and leading procurement initiatives.

    Your experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.
