    Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Description:

We offer a range of services including In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management. Unlike others, we prioritize overall family well-being and provide round-the-clock availability, personalized client-caregiver matches, and RN oversight for all cases.

    Alvita is looking for caring and dependable certified Home Health Aides in New York and New Jersey. Multiple client locations are available for easy commuting.

    • Details:

    - Concierge cases for high-end private-pay patients

    - Part-time and full-time positions

    - Flexible scheduling with various shift options

    - Weekly pay on Fridays

    - Medical benefits and 401(k) with company match

    - Fast onboarding process

    - Local client base

    - $250 referral bonuses for HHAs

    • Tasks & Duties:

    - Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

    - Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL's)

    - Possible delegation of activities by RNs

    • Qualifications:

    - Must hold a valid HHA / PCA certificate

    - Up-to-date medicals/vaccinations required

    - Completion of drug screening or Habituation Form
