    Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nacogdoches, TX

    Job Summary: In this position, you will play a crucial role in a school environment as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. Your responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's distinct requirements.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough assessments to pinpoint speech and language disorders.
    • Devise and implement customized treatment strategies.
    • Deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
    • Track and record student progress.
    • Work closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to bolster student achievements.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Possession of state licensure and necessary certifications according to Texas regulations.
    • Prior experience in a school environment is desirable.
    • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
    • Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
