    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Work closely with the Business Development Director to operationalize goals into clear marketing. strategies.
    Disseminate information to referral sources on facility services and programs.

    Facilitate educational presentations related to mental health, mental illness, chemical to schools, referral sources and community and governmental agencies.

    Collect and analyze data on other inpatient and outpatient facilities/programs and the types of services offered.
    Coordinate monthly/quarterly marketing and referral reports and analyses.
    Provide administrative oversight of marketing activities.
    May participate in health fairs and facilitate special service-related events.
    First line contact for referral sources to notify them of their referral's admission status.
    May be responsible for organizing alumni activities.
    Develop and implement community relations activities for a specific target audience.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or related. health or social services preferred.
    One or more years' experience in sales or marketing preferred.
    Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
