    The Door Host is a crucial member of our team, responsible for maintaining order and ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests. As the initial point of contact for patrons entering and leaving the venue, Door Hosts must be energetic, kind, and approachable in their interactions with passersby. They are tasked with monitoring individuals to check IDs, inspecting bags and purses for prohibited items, and evaluating levels of intoxication among patrons. Additionally, they must prevent aggressive or destructive behavior, protect staff, property, and equipment from damage, and remove individuals who pose a threat in a professional manner. Proper cash-handling techniques may also be required during cover charge collection on weekends and special events.
