PT needed for 13 weeks in a SNF in Fort Worth, TX. This Physical Therapist will work a minimum of 32 hours per week. A Texas PT license or compact will required.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Texas, NPI NUMBER
