    Summary:


    Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Receive general phone calls and greet visitors.
    • Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals.
    • Perform detailed and accurate data entry, including analyzing dispatch reports.
    • Coordinate crew and job scheduling.
    • Perform general administration duties.
    • Assist other departments, as needed.
    Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
    • The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a can-do attitude.
    • At least 1-year previous experience.

    Formal Education/Training:
    • High school diploma/GED.
    Position Requirements:
    • Must pass a background check.
    Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
    • This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.
