- Provide excellent customer service.

- Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals.
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry, including analyzing dispatch reports.
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling.
- Perform general administration duties.
- Assist other departments, as needed.
- The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a can-do attitude.
- At least 1-year previous experience.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Must pass a background check.
- This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.
