Job summary
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to define the future of agent orchestration at Kiro.You'll solve fundamental challenges that currently limit orchestration to senior+ engineers: making agent swarms visible and debuggable, managing context at scale, and balancing control with autonomy.
You will work with an exceptional team including internal Kiro SMEs like Al Harris to solve hard problems and learn new skills.
Our research with internal and external power users who've achieved 10x productivity gains through agent orchestration gives us a unique advantage—you'll embed proven practices into Kiro's architecture.
