- Installation/Support of Microsoft PC Systems, Microsoft desktop business applications, network based anti-virus protection, and security implementation
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT problems
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages
- Participate in ongoing training to obtain required certifications with key partnerships
- The ideal candidate has current or history of certification(s) including but not limited to: CompTIA – A+, Net+, Server+ or Security+ ; Cisco – CCENT

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 3 years in IT systems experience that is well versed in a broad range of LAN/WAN, server, networking, storage and software support solutions. The main duties of this position will be providing remote or onsite support, implementation, diagnosis, preventative maintenance and escalated support.
