- Perform intermediate to complex machining and programming tasks in accordance with company capabilities
- Offer guidance and solutions in technical areas for less experienced machinists
- Optimize existing programs for improved efficiency
- Set up high-end jobs on 3-axis, 5-axis, and/or lathes
- Identify areas for process enhancement
- Conduct part inspections using various techniques
- Create basic machining fixtures
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during work
- Assist in machine maintenance and cleanliness

- Proficiency in advanced machining principles
- Knowledge of WinMax and/or Mastercam programming software
