Job DescriptionRich Commercial Group is seeking a talented, career minded, Junior Broker/Administrative Assistant for a top producing team in their Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in advancing their career by joining a successful and growing commercial real estate brokerage team. Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong written, verbal, organizational and mathematical skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing Marketing Packages
• Managing/Redesign/Create Email Marketing Campaign
• Managing/Preparing Meeting Materials
• Preparing flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing efforts
• Performing Administrative duties
• Research and verify data from across the state to proactively track ownership, availability, and sale of commercial properties
• Correspond with escrow, management, brokers and clients regarding property information and documentation
• Researching, updating and maintaining a clean and organized database
• Showing properties and random errands (Must have reliable transportation and be willing to do a considerable amount of driving.)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Real estate license or willing to get one
• Ability to effectively work interact with team members and clients
• Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and general technology competency. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with Adobe InDesign knowledge a plus
• Basic project management, editing, and writing skills required
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Hard working, dependable, and highly ethical
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and a self-motivator
