We are currently seeking a motivated

R&D DevOps Engineer – Environmental Geo-Intelligence

Your Tasks:
You utilize remote sensing and data science techniques to acquire, process, and analyze geospatial data.
You develop innovative algorithms and models to extract actionable insights from satellite imagery and other geospatial datasets.
You apply advanced data science methodologies to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies in geospatial data.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate remote sensing and geo intelligence solutions into existing or new systems.
You implement and maintain DevOps practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our geospatial data infrastructure.

You hold a

M.Sc. degree

or higher in remote sensing, spatial modelling, data science, geoinformatics, computer science, physics, environmental sciences or a related field.
You have a strong proficiency in

programming languages

such as Python, C/C++ or Java and a solid understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

You have experience with

DevOps practices and tools , such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Furthermore you have excellent

problem-solving skills

and the ability to work effectively in a

collaborative team

environment and you have affective

communication skills

and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
