- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings
- Assist in the preparation of all transaction-related SEC reporting requirements
- Assist in researching and documenting technical accounting matters
- Support quarterly reviews
- Assist with the annual impairment testing of the Company's goodwill and intangibles
- Prepare work papers supporting key monthly close processes and analyses.
- 3-4 years of audit experience at a Big firm or fin reporting at large public company
- CPA needed
