    We are seeking a dynamic and results driven ITAD Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the ITAD sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT asset disposition, e-waste recycling, and data destruction services.

    Base Salary of $50,000.00 with a very attractive commission structure.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the ITAD or related industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on needs analysis and strategic negotiations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel.
    • Must possess a good driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong understanding of IT asset disposition, data security, and environmental compliance.
    • Ability to multitask and work independently without supervision.
    • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.
    • Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements.

    Work Environment:

    • Office/Warehouse Production environment.
    • Work is conducted both indoors and out with substantial time spent at the facilities of clients and prospects.
    • Fast paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority changes.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Occasional overnight travel.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business opportunities in ITAD, focusing on high-quality IT asset sourcing.
    • Understand client needs and offer tailored ITAD solutions, including e-waste recycling and data destruction services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, especially within the C-suite, ITAD, and VAR industries.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
    • Work closely with Product Sales team to optimize inventory and supply chain.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client engagement and brand promotion.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
    • Drive strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and contribute to company growth.
    • Travel to partners and trade shows as required, opening new sales channels and relationships.
    • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Travel and non-traditional hours might be required on occasion.
    • Maintains and clean and organized work/storage area.
    • Additional duties not listed above that management deems necessary for the effective operation of the corporation generally.
