- Havea strong desire to succeed and work independently with limiteddirection & guidance.
- Beself-disciplined, organized and able to manage an aggressiveworkload and have the ability to prioritize and schedule inspectionstimely and efficiently.
- Notnecessary but a plus: VIITA Certification, previous experience inconstruction/plumbing/electrical industries, life safety/firefighting, general contracting or property management.
