- Providing care for patients in the Divisional Critical Care Resource Pool. Covering long term assignments in critical care areas; including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU and Coronary Care Unit
- Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.
- Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. For newly licensed nurses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
- Experience:
- 1 year of med/surg experience preferred.
- ICU experience required.
- Interest in being cross-trained over time to cover long term assignments in critical care areas; including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU and Coronary Care Unit desirable
- Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in specialty area is encouraged
- Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
