    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and manage resources needed to complete cleaning jobs at customer locations.
    • Lead, train, and mentor floor care technicians to uphold quality standards.
    • Conduct on-site inspections and job follow-up duties to ensure work is performed to company standards & customer expectations.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in floor care or related field preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
