- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Missouri or compact licensure.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous leadership experience preferred.
- Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by the American Heart Association or preapproved provider.
- TNCC and ESI certification is required but may be obtained within the first year of employment.

The House Supervisor, a registered nurse (RN), is a key member of the nursing leadership team and plays a critical role in managing hospital operations on a shift-by-shift basis. This position is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, coordinating patient admissions and transfers, and acting as a liaison among various departments under the supervision and direction of the Director.
