    We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who can provide front-line support to customers via phone and email. This includes resolving inquiries and complaints while maintaining accurate service records.

    The ideal candidate will respond promptly to inbound calls and emails with professional service while creating/updating CRM/ticketing records accurately. They should resolve customer issues effectively escalate when necessary.

    • A strong command of English is essential along with excellent customer service skills communication abilities
