- Product Knowledge: Keep updated on our paint products, brands, and accessories, stay informed about promotions, discounts, and new arrivals, and help maintain well-organized store displays.
- Mixing and Tinting: Use paint mixing equipment to prepare custom paint colors accurately, ensure proper labeling and packaging, and handle paint and chemicals safely.
- Point of Sale Operations: Manage cash registers accurately, process returns and exchanges following store policies, and maintain a tidy checkout area.
- Merchandising: Assist in restocking shelves, organizing inventory, monitoring paint color chips, and collaborate with the team for attractive product displays.
- Teamwork: Work together with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment, communicate effectively with team members and management, and support other store activities.
- Safety: Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment when needed to prevent accidents, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
