    Job title: Department Assistant, Nursing Administration

    Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Department Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Nursing Administration, this role plays an active part in budget preparation and assists with creating and revising nursing forms/policies & job descriptions/performance evaluations.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal/telephone skills, be able to set priorities, problem solve, prepare reports, maintain efficiency/confidentiality, work with all departments; be trustworthy, discrete and cooperative.






    • High school graduate

    • Graduate of a secretarial program or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred

    • TYPING AND COMPUTER SKILLS (Must be proficient in Excel Word Power Point Outlook And other clerical support software)
