Key Responsibilities

• Perform production processes for Fire, Water, Mold, Bio Hazard, Cleaning and more as scheduled, and ensure quality control
• Load Vehicles, Set Staging areas on jobsites
• Fulfill daily work order as assigned, per project
• Mix Cleaning Products and utilize equipment as needed to perform Mitigation Services
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, Create Happy Customers

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Additional tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction  IICRC certification a plus, not required
• Availability for an on-call schedule

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law & 4 Panel Drug Screening Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
• Must have Valid driver's license

 Full-time, 7:45-5:00, and on-call schedule
