· Have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Have in-depth understanding of Salesforce data modeling and metadata

· Have deep expertise with Lightning Flows, Apex Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and RESTful/SOAP APIs

· Have experience with development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Git

· Have experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Test Automation Framework (TAF)

· Knowledge of cloud-based computing principles and practices

· Have a track record of championing quality engineering: be adamant that all code is written in a way that can be tested with unit tests

· Have experience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks

· Have experience with Salesforce integrations with external services

· Have hands on DevOps experience with Copado or other tools

· Have familiarity with Lightning Web Components, the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Aura UI

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLS

· Have Salesforce Platform Developer I and II or other Developer Certifications

· Have familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
