This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Freemind Solutions in Fremont, CA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and documenting patient information. The Registered Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

• Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in providing direct patient care and administering medications
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment
• Ability to document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
