Pizza @ Marquette in Marquette, MI is looking for one shift lead to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 1034 North 3 Rd Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Working general labor duties during opening, closing and preparation time
• Working directly with the General Manager
• Maintain facility up to health department requirements

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $15.00/hour.
