    OPEXUS is looking to expand our team with a talented, detail-oriented individual to join our growing Go-to-Market team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our software products. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaigns and collaborate with product development to ensure our software solutions meet the needs of our customers.

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including unlimited PTO, and hybrid work environment. Most members of the sales and marketing team are in the DC office 2-3 days a week.

    Location: Washington, DC with Hybrid Work Available

    General Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support customer marketing and engagement initiative to improve customer and OPEXUS business outcomes.
    • Understand OPEXUS business attending corporate orientation and reading relevant materials.
    • Product trainings to get understanding of customer software usage.
    • Attend team meetings, OPEXUS town halls and customer/employee events.
    • Learn Salesforce system basics (customer relationship CRM tool)
    • Contact customers using call scripting and team assistance.
    • Provide weekly report in provided framework.
    • Raise concerns and/or roadblocks to supervisor.
    • Provide final report and findings to Executive Leadership Team and other relevant stakeholders via PowerPoint presentation.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree – Business, Sales, Marketing, English, or a related field
