- Supplier invoice review & entry
- Internal employee expense report entry
- Weekly supplier check/wire payment selection
- Assist with maintaining vendor information in the ERP system
- Assist with documentation retention
- Process improvement of the overall accounts payable procedures
- Monitor open PO's and support GR/IR.
- Other ad hoc task as assigned
- Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience
- Experience working in multi-location environments with colleagues in different locations
- Strong analytical mindset
- Self-identifies areas of need and takes initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables & V- Lookups
- Experience using an ERP system such as Epicor or SAP
- Experience with Concur preferred
