    We are hiring a Full-Time Caregiver/Scheduler (CNA, PCA, or HHA) to deliver quality and compassionate care to our residents in assisted living and memory care, and schedule caregivers to shifts. We provide comprehensive training.

    This is a Full-Time, benefit-eligible position working approximately 30 hours per two-week pay period as a Caregiver and 40 hours per two-week pay period as a Scheduler. Shift: Daytime. Some scheduler on-call shifts may be required. You will work with another Caregiver/Scheduler.

    You will work every other weekend and holiday.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Schedule Caregivers to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Assist with completing employee timecards in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
    • Assist with mobility and transportation care.
    • Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
    • Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.
    • Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
    • Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Nursing Home.
    • Prior experience administering medication is preferred, but not required. We provide training.
    • A compassionate attitude and willingness to work with elderly adults.
    • A working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
    • The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • The ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
    • Must be 18 years or older.
