Job summary
The Emergency Department (ED) technician provides patient services and care. The ED technician is able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to provide services appropriate to the population and age group served in the emergency department.Responsibilities
- Assists/provides patient care throughout the entire patient experience under the direct supervision of the physician and/or registered nurse.
- Assists in room turnaround including appropriate cleaning of equipment supplies environment.
