- Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings
- Manage all aspects of bankruptcy matters, including:
- Proofs of Claim
- Motions for Relief
- Objections and Responses
- Payment Change Notices
- Settlements
- Adversary Proceedings
- Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings
- Provide regular updates and maintain strong communication with clients
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Active license and good standing with the Kentucky State Bar
- 2–5 years of bankruptcy experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including effective client communication via systems, email, and phone
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and timely issue resolution
- Excellent time management, organization, and adherence to deadlines
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
