    Specific Job Functions:

    • Perform repairs on kitchen equipment in building.
    • Move, lift, and replace kitchen equipment as needed to complete repairs.
    • Find and determine source of power and gas issues using voltmeter or gauges.
    • Safely operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial equipment to complete perform repairs.
    • Maintain effective communication with management and co-workers when completing assigned tasks.
    • Display proper etiquette and protocol when using two-way radio.
    • Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner.
    • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

    Qualifications:

    • At least five years' experience in refrigeration required.
    • At least five years' experience performing commercial kitchen repairs required.
    • Working knowledge of natural gas equipment controls, steam and electric kitchen equipment, and industrial controls preferred.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
