    Project Contract Manager Role

    This is a multi-level posting with varying levels of responsibility, depending on education and experience.

    The Project Contract Manager plays a key role in the full lifecycle of contracts for our project development initiatives. This position oversees contract drafting, negotiation, administration and document control for various project types including generation additions, equipment procurement and construction projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • SUPPORTS CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACROSS ALL PROJECT TYPES WITH THE COMPANY INCLUDING GENERATION ADDITIONS PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION ENERGY STORAGE EV INFRASTRUCTURE ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNICATION FACILITIES ASSET ACQUISITIONS NEW TECHNOLOGY.
    1. PARTICIPATES IN CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS COORDINATION WITH LEGAL REVIEW BUSINESS UNIT APPROVAL DOCUMENT RETENTION NOTICE RESPONSES REPORTING FOR CONTRACT ASSOCIATED PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTION AND OTHER PROJECT RELATED ACTIVITIES.
