Security Operations Position Scope: Ensure the SOC protects critical infrastructure, assets, and personnel through 24/7 monitoring of physical security intrusion detection systems, access controls, and security call center reporting.

Security Operations Accountabilities:

• Monitor and address intrusion detection alarms
• Prioritize and respond to security incident reports
• Manage site entry/exit system disarm events
• Write and submit security incident reports
• Coordinate corrective maintenance of security systems
• Conduct system checks, video tours, and forensic investigations
• Handle administrative SOC tasks

Security Operations Technical:

• Proficient in CCure 9000E, ExacqVision, D3, JIRA, Everbridge, MS Office Suite
• Familiar with other SOC systems

Security Operations Business Knowledge

• Understanding of *** Business structure and SOC policies
• Familiarity with NERC CIP Policies, Substation Operation, and Procedures

Security Operations Education Required

• degree or High School/GED with 2 years of Security System or IT experience

Security Operations Job Description: Operate within the Security Operations Center, monitoring alarms, dispatching responders, managing security incidents, documenting reports, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Fixed shift, 24/7.
