- Moves throughout the facility, appropriately assists in emergency drills and performs the physical requirements needed to deliver services as assigned.
- Performs the laboratory responsibilities of this position in the hospital setting according to hospital and department policy and procedure.
- Maintains quality while performing laboratory tests and procedures according to pre-established standards.
- Completes laboratory research and initiates new laboratory procedures when appropriate.
- Demonstrates commitment to Pomerene Hospital's Values.
- Delivers service that builds customer satisfaction.
- Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences- Required
- 1-3 Years of Experience as a Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technologist in a Healthcare/Medical Setting- Preferred.
- Recognition by an Accredited Certifying Agency- Required.
