    We are seeking an AWS Architect with certification and experience in managing AWS infrastructure, particularly within the AWS Government Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in provisioning, configuring, and maintaining various AWS resources, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and VPCs. Additionally, expertise in configuring and setting up AWS Connect for contact center solutions is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing, implementing, and managing AWS infrastructure within the AWS Government Cloud environment.
    • Provisioning, configuring, and maintaining AWS resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and VPCs to meet organizational requirements.
    • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and security standards while managing AWS infrastructure.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AWS solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Experience in configuring and setting up AWS Connect for contact center solutions.
    • Hands-on experience with Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) to enable decoupling and scaling of microservices, distributed systems, and serverless applications.
    • Implementing and deploying AWS cloud solutions in a secure, scalable, and reliable manner.

    Qualifications:

    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
    • Proven experience managing AWS infrastructure, preferably within the AWS Government Cloud environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
    • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements related to cloud computing.
    • Strong understanding of contact center solutions and experience with AWS Connect.
    • Hands-on experience with Amazon SQS for decoupling and scaling of microservices, distributed systems, and serverless applications.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

    Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
