We're growing and looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. If you have 3+ years of residential HVAC experience and want a stable company with strong leadership and real advancement opportunities, this role is for you.
What We Offer

$42,000–$72,800 per year, based on experience
Commission and performance-based pay are available in addition to base salary

Residential HVAC Service Tech Requirements
3 + years of verifiable HVAC industry experience
Strong knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems
Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and duct system issues
High School diploma or GED required
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for dispatching, GPS, and documentation
Valid driver's license and approved driving record per company insurance requirements
